How to Beat Stress in this market?
Time is never enough for many of us. There so many things to do with such little time. Having all kinds if deadlines coming up, like projects and clients meeting. The worse of all is having a client of yours not paying on time? Stress is always closing on us. Stress will affect not only the way we work. But also the way we handle situation, also the way we deal in business. No body in this world can live without stress. Do you think that millionaires don’t have stress? If your answer is no, then probably you maybe wrong. Even today’s millionaires face the same problem in all this kind of financial meltdown.
So if we cannot remove stress away from ourselves. But we do can do some things to reduce the stress to make one self happier and more proactive.
Having Toy on the table
For me, I always keep some light toys on my working table. Not those kind of stuff toys I mean. Those kinds of brainteaser toys, Like magic cube or rubic cubes. Whenever am thinking of something that my mind cannot get through with. It’s always helpful. It actually helps you work better with your brainpower. Though playing on the table is not always allowed during wok time. But this method does help reduce a lot of stress. Cause it gives physical and mental work at the same time.
Stress release method on paper
To reduced stress in office whenever am always frustrated. I always take a piece of paper. Take a pen. And start scribbling about it. Draw on it. If I want scold some body or curse somebody. I will write it on the paper and later crumble it and in the dustbin it goes. Lighting up a smoke or drinking coffee will only increase the anxiety of the emotion within. Which is not really a good idea to release the stress with each self.
Always handle the most stressful problem first
A lot for people always leave the most stressful stuff to be solved the last. For me, No way. It’s always better to handle the most stressful problems first. Cause once its done. The stress over yourself will only reduced as the less stressful problems is easier to solved.
Walk about
Having doing some light excise is always good in the stressful situation. Take a couple of minutes to breathe deep. Take a fresh air and a nice tea will help freshen up your emotions and your brain. When we say about relaxing. I mean to think of good things like pleasant thoughts and not about the problems.
Vitamin C
There is actual static’s that vitamins C proofs to be able to reduced a lot of stress. Hormones. Having an orange juice or taking an orange greatly does help reduce stress. May it not be the orange itself. But having vitamins C also helps. Like tomatoes, strawberries etc.
Never do multi-tasking work
Multi tasking work increases a lot of stress to the brainpower of oneself. I have never encouraged multitasking work to be allowed in office or home.
Relax time
Spare some time to relax between work and family and friends. Going to a pub to relax and sing a song. Singing helps to breathe better and more deeply. Or go for a cold shower. Which will bring down your body heat. This remove stress the best way.
Watching a good movie
When you are always at home. Never bring work home. Stress is already more then enough in your life. If you bring work home then it will never end. Rather, you should watch a good movie. Like comedy or funny movie. When you laugh. You will tend to forget and your lungs will breathe deeper.
